Behaviour and Pastoral Care

At Kingsthorne School we believe that regular attendance, good behaviour and emotional well-being are fundamental to raising standards of educational achievement. We believe that fair management of behaviour and a positive approach to solving problems make school a secure, happy and stimulating place for everyone. We believe that children, staff, parents and visitors have the responsibility to act with respect and courtesy towards other members of the school community. We aim to provide children with confidence, responsibility and self-esteem so they have the skills and strategies to act appropriately in a range of situations both within our school and beyond.
